China on red carpet. The 42nd Festa Facco closes under the banner of red and the Chinese people. More than 600 guests attended the iconic September party, a success we will never forget.

Following the success of the 2024 edition, the eagerly awaited Facco Festival is back, now in its 42nd year and dedicated this year to China. On September 5, 2025, at the Campo San Martino headquarters, over 600 people attended an event that has become a symbol of community, innovation, and team spirit.

The traditional Facco Festival in September continues to be a key moment to celebrate the results achieved during the current year and to launch new challenges for the future. Always characterized by a theme dedicated to a country and its culture, the 2025 festival focused on China, a nation where Facco previously had a strategic presence for international business, now converted into the manufacturing company Facco Tech.

"China represents a dynamic, complex, and visionary market, which constantly stimulates our ability to innovate," commented Massimo Finco, President of Officine Facco. Our long-standing presence in the country has allowed us to build strong relationships, share technology, and grow together. This celebration aims to celebrate our Chinese partners and friends and strengthen the bridge that unites us.
As per tradition, each internal department dedicated resources and cross-functional skills to organizing the party, contributing to the set-up, entertainment, and overall organization, from the iconic logo at the entrance to the napkin folding on the tables. This transformed the Headquarters into a true journey to China, with references to landscapes, inspiration, and insights into the country's ancient culture and food and wine tradition.

From the dinner inspired by oriental cuisine, to the decorations rich in Chinese colors and symbols, to the traditional music and dance performances, every detail helped immerse guests in a unique atmosphere. There were also the classic contests featuring children and families: drawings and desserts this year were inspired by China, demonstrating a collaborative effort that unites different generations around shared values.

Key figures from the Chinese experience took turns speaking on stage, sharing their experiences, projects, and shared successes: Franco Ghiro, Luca Zecchinato, and the President himself, as well as their Chinese colleagues Linda, Theresa, and their visiting team.
Furthermore, as is tradition, the work anniversaries of Facco people who have contributed to the company's growth for decades were also celebrated, with their 25th and 40th work anniversaries—two of which were 40th anniversaries this year.
The Facco Festa 2025 thus confirms itself not only as a moment of conviviality and fun, but also as an opportunity for awareness and vision, capable of celebrating the past, consolidating the present, and sowing new seeds for the future, with China as the protagonist of a global journey of innovation and shared growth.
